Sourcing, Materials and Manufacturing

All the materials used for our shoes are sourced from handpicked suppliers who give us a transparency map providing all details. We do not disclose the names of our suppliers for reasons of data privacy and business competition, but we are happy to have anyone verify it with protection for unintended disclosure.

Good care makes shoes live longer, however if you use them on a daily basis overtime some of the materials may fade off and need a professional maintenance from time to time. We work with organic and natural materials, so it is standard procedure to maintain a good care routine.

A little damage happens in everyone‘s daily routine, which is why we are at your disposal to repair your shoes in any moment. We want them to be used as long as possible. Here you‘ll find a smooth and convenient way to call our services anywhere: we pick them up and send them back - for maintenance or for repairs.

Once it's time to say goodbye...

The day will come when you decide it is time to part with your shoes, but even then we beg for your attention: please NEVER throw them in the garbage. We are more than happy to collect them, disassemble them in the proper manner, refurbish the materials and recycle the leftovers. No avoidable waste. None. That has been our purpose from the very beggining.
